The app

The app is the tool in the program. It uses the phone camera to see your movement, count the repetitions and correct you as you go. No sensors. No extra equipment. Everything happens on your own phone, and nothing is sent to a server.

Status

The app is being tested by real users on iPhone and iPad. An Android version follows the same recipe. The screens below are from the version being tested now.

What the app does today

  • A program for how you feel today

Easy start, steady training or full speed. Three weekly programs with levels that rise gradually, and a gentle ramp-up the first two weeks.

  • Exercises that explain themselves

Each repetition is split into clear steps with a countdown. The explanation can be brought back mid-session.

  • Counts and corrects

The camera counts the repetitions and tells you when the shoulder lifts or the arm drifts out. Ten lifts are ten repetitions.

  • Games

The balloon game trains grip. The finger orchestra lets ten fingers each play a track in a piece of music. Every third session ends with a game.

  • Your week

Home shows the week as a ring that fills up, with today's session, a streak with a rest day, and milestones to collect.

  • Pain guard

After each session the app asks how it feels. If it hurts twice in a row, it suggests an easier level and a word with your physiotherapist.

  • Report for the physiotherapist

An overview of the week or month as a PDF, ready to share. The physiotherapist sees the progress and adjusts the exercises.

  • Large text and a calm screen

Three text sizes. The screen never moves on its own. Made to be read at arm's length, also on a tired day.

Many repetitions, without it becoming a chore

Many repetitions build new pathways in the brain. But no one can face a hundred lifts a day just because they have to. So we split the exercises into clear steps, show progress as you go, and let some of the exercises be games where the music and the balloons do the work.

Getting started

  1. 1 Stand the phone upright on a table in front of you.
  2. 2 Pick today's program by how you feel.
  3. 3 Follow the steps on screen. The app counts and corrects.
  4. 4 Watch your week fill up. Share the report with your physiotherapist whenever you like.

Privacy

All data stays on your phone. The camera images are used only there and then, to see the movement. Nothing is uploaded, and no one else sees you train unless you share it yourself.
